Finals are just around the corner so I have, what I consider to be, a legitimate excuse for neglecting my blogging duties. When I’m not memorizing evidence and outlining intellectual property, I unwind with my two boys – Danny and Pushkin.
new obsessions
I feel an overload of bows in my life. Ever since I got my first Valentinos this Christmas, I’ve definitely been favoring both the designer and his signature bows. His accessories in general are really hitting the spot lately. First the shoes, then the sunglasses, and now the bag.
summer cravings
As I sacrifice my Report Signature heels to Pushkin’s animalistic tendencies, I learn to accept the inevitable. When everyone warned me to keep him out of my closet because he was going to devour my shoes, for some reason I thought that things would be different with him. That he was someone going to appreciate all of the things that I do. Oh how naïve I was. What was I expecting, for him to be some ‘fashionisto-puppy’ who just peruses the wonders of my closet with admiration and respect. Silly Lida.
film noir
I often forget the old trick of wearing a fitted dress as a skirt under a favorite top. For this dramatic look I rediscovered this tried and tested combo by pairing a paneled bondage mini dress and a loose blouse with sheer detailing and round-collar. I topped it with bright lipstick and pointy-toe shoes – this season’s staples.

Right now my life feels busier than ever. I might have some more exciting news to share with you guys…fingers crossed. Have a great day dear readers.
