This is officially the last of my Thailand posts. No more assumption-of-the -risk tuk tuk riding in Bangkok or Tom Yum Goong eating in beautiful Koh Samui. Chok dee Thailand.

striped hats
Here is another post of sailor-girl styling. This time, the nautical stripes come in red-and-white as well. This Tracy Watts hat is fun and light, but the moment you let it go it covers the entire face. I might have to pin it next time.
beach-bound stripes
Light, breezy and carefree. I only have a few Thailand post left. Don’t forget to enter the Phillip Lim Necklace Giveaway that ends September 30th.

It’s Friday night and I’m at the library right now – slaving away in one of its large conference rooms. If it weren’t for the sounds of my typing and the clock ticking, it would be completely silent in here. There are zero distractions but the energy in this room is anything but peaceful. I miss the sound of the ocean…
Love is like linen; often changed, the sweeter.
Now that I’m fully immersed in the lifestyle of a law student again, all that connects me back to my amazing summer are my memories and these nostalgic posts. Not that going to school in California doesn’t have its own perks considering that just a few hours ago I was doing my criminal procedure reading by the pool. Anyway, back to the subject at hand…This linen top is now one of my vacation favourites. I bought it at a souvenir market in Korea during a quick lunch break from work. I love the simplicity of its hemming and silhouette. It’s charm is all in the fabric – that raw, tough linen that’s so fabulously primitive.
