Tip: Try playing with light, colour-blocked looks in sweet ice cream shades. (2) Water-world-inspired etherial gowns. The best examples of this trend were the coral adorned dresses of Alexander McQueens collection. (3) Exposed midriff. Tip:  Keep the belly button under wraps, exposing just a tasteful flash of skin below the bandeau. (4) Art Deco flapper cocktail dresses. (5) 50s couture shapes.

As the deafening silence of the library room and the double vision from excessive reading begin to shut down my senses, I can look down at the pattern of the dress and it completely finishes the job…leads to official loss of sanity :) .

But I still want to show some beach looks for the lucky fashionistas for whom there might be a prospect of coconuts and hammocks in the near future. For the last couple of trips I started including a few one-piece-bathing-suits for variety, which come in  handy on the days when you might want to take it easy with the tanning and would rather lounge around in the shade. Throw a sheer or knitted top over it and wrap a scarf into a turban, and you are ready for a day of poolside glam.

Немного странно выставлять на ваше обозрение образы с Кубы. О! Как они далеки от моего нынешнего стиля жизни!  Но всё-же, это может быть интересно тем фэшионисткам, для которых кокосы и гамаки – явления ближащего будущего. В последнюю мою поездку прихватила с собой цельный купальник , для разнообразия, в случае, если захочется, отдохнуть от солнца и полежать в тени. Достаточно накинуть сверху купальника вязанную, в крупную дырочку тунику, замотать тюрбаном шарф на голове и всё, бездельничай себе гламурненько у бассеина в своё же удовольствие.

I am slowly coming to terms with the inevitable season change and its implications (not that I ever had a choice in the matter), and this look is sort of a testament to that. The brown tones, the heavier shoes, long…everything. Mind you the fabrics are still super light so it’s more like I’m easing into fall.

Today a girlfriend of mine told me that it has been exactly a month since we started law school and, as crazy as the experience has been so far, I can’t believe a whole month has passed. Time really does fly when you’re having “fun.”

Постепенно я привыкаю к мысли о безаговорочном приближении осени с соответствующими ей аттрибутами и этот образ тому пример: тут тебе и коричневые тона, и закрытые туфли , и одежда подлинее, но заметьте – ткани  лёгкие и полупрозрачные. Если нам от  Осени не отвертеться, почему бы не войти в новый сезон »налегке»?

Вот уже месяц прошел с начала учёбы. Предсталяете себе?! Время, действительно, летит незаметно в …«забавах».
