Reno was cute, but for a person who doesn’t gamble or isn’t planning on getting married (let alone divorced) in the near future, it doesn’t seem to have much to offer. Apparently Reno is the “divorce capital”of North America and I wonder what effect that has on its general atmosphere. I would think that being the destination for quickest and easiest divorce might – at least in part – “kill the vibe a little.” I mean, it’s the place where relationship ties are formally severed on regular basis – a place where things end. Interestingly enough, a lot of those ties start in Vegas and end in Reno. What is this relationship of gambling to marriage – another high-stakes bet.
These are just some of the thoughts that kept me entertained as I waited for others to finish gambling. And I guess this is my “Reno-waiting” look.

Рено был симпатичен, но для человека, который не играет в казино или не планирует жениться в ближайшем будущем, (уж не говоря о разводе), достопримечательного в этом городе мало. Рено -”столица разводов” Северной Америки. Это место быстрого и легкого развода, где регулярно разрываются узы между людьми, заканчиваются отношения, что не может не иметь эффекта на общей атмосфере города. Любопытно, что многие брачные узы завязываются в Лас-Вегасе, а разрываются в Рено.

I love the shots against all the red and orange, it really brings out the colour of the dress so beautifully! I definitely would think that when people are in a drunken haze of betting and gambling away way more money than they ought to be, getting married as a spur decision is just a natural progression lol.

I think the red installation might be a new or temporary one. They had this cool light reflecting off the red pieces as it rotated. I didn’t see it in action but it must be amazing.
