This weekend my mum managed to finally drag me away from the books long enough for us to enjoy some of what California has to offer. What was supposed to have been a short trip to San Jose for sushi turned into one of the most enjoyable city explorations. I had no idea San Jose was so pretty and charming, with a definite character of its own.
I’ve had this Alice & Trixie dress for over 6 years and it’s one of those pieces that generally plays the underdog in any of my look considerations. Its strapless design and length are not the most practical features but the fabric of the dress is what does it for me.

В воскресенье маме всё же удалось оттащить меня от учебников. Мы решили поехать в Сан-Хосе поесть суши. И город меня приятно удивил–тихий, чистый, немноголюдный, (почти сонный воскресеным вечером) и определённо, с собственным лицом. Для десятого по величине города в Америки, мне показался он уютненьким и приятным для жизни.

6 лет тому назад это платье поселилось в моём гардеробе, что бы носиться, практически, всегда с пиджачком или кардиганом, т.к оно декольтированное без лямок. Для вечернего платья оно недостаточно нарядно, а для каждодневной носки оно недостаточно удобно. Но ткань, из которой оно выполнено, делает это платье эксклюзивным – необыкновенного качества шелк. Вот за это я его люблю.
